Credit Request​
*In order to qualify for a trip fee, your request must meet all of the following criteria*:
  1. The item was purchased by the customer through Amazon (within 90 days of the service date)
 2. You made an unfruitful trip and were unable to complete the service because: 
        a. the item was defective (including damage during shipping or missing parts) OR
        b. the product had not yet been delivered by the estimated delivery date.
